Das delux Doppelzimmer mít eigenem Bad und Küche zur Mitbenutzung beim Frühstück waren sehr ruhig und sauber. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock. Das Zimmer ist zum Garten und Stadtseite ohne Straße orientiert. In der Wohnung könnten Zimmer an andere Menschen gleichzeitig vermietet werden. Wir sind jedoch alleine gewesen. Auf Wunsch stellte die Vermieterin Tomaten, Käse und Obst bereit. In der Küche gibt es Toaster, was das Essen des italienischen Brotes erträglicher macht. Eigentümerin spricht nur italienisch und deshalb brachte sie ihre englisch sprechende zur besseren Verständigung die Tochter mit.
Die Türscharniere zum Bad sind leider nicht geölt und stören durch Geräusche beim Öffnen der Tür. Die Klospühlung bedarf Wartung.
