Position was nice.
More info about restaurants: we had a wrong one about a restaurant that was closed for months. We had to wait for the keys because the owners had an answering machine and it was impossible to contact them. The worst is they did not ask for documents: I think this is a very dangerous practice for travellers. If something happens no one is able to retrace the people.

The fact that the 2nd room is only accessible through the balcony is not ideal if you have kids but manageable
