Very personal & friendly family owned B&B. I had a big room with an even bigger terrace, but prefered sitting in the garden- a real oasis. The location is excellent for visiting Pompei/Herculaneum. The property is very secure & you get the control of the main gate. Opt for this accomodation if you like tranquillity and historic properties, that are still being run by the original families. Breakfast was also very good with fresh cake, pancakes (variety). There is no real bar, but you can use the fridge @ the garden for wine and other drinks for a very normal price. They have a tennis court and a big pool (for me too cold in september)

@ The given price point, I have no real comments. Everything is more than adequate, but this place could be a Relais & Chateaux (given its heritage) with some investments. Now it is a hidden gem.

Beautiful, peaceful oasis. You can lie by the pool and hear only the birds singing. The breakfast was delicious, eggs and bacon, croissants and cappuccino among other tasty treats. Perfectly situated for visiting Pompeii in one direction or Herculaneum in the other from Via del Monte station. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean, with air conditioning, stunning views, and the mattress was so comfortable it was like being cradled to sleep.

Manuel & Olga were very welcoming, and informative. The room was very spacious with a lovely sea view over the treetops in the garden. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order with optional extra's. Olga is a very good cook and her cakes are delicious. The swimming pool was located in a sheltered quiet position, a nice added touch of pool towels being provided without request. I would highly recommend staying at this location, we will certainly be back next year
