room was clean, materials are perfect quality (slippers, soap etc)
better to exist English communication verbally, not with translate apps.
better to have fork/knife for breakfast, for people do not prefer chopsticks.
but those are not negative, just improvement point

地点优越，出门就是地铁1 & 2 号线；路口对角就是美食街，西南角，西关街。
酒店员工态度非常好。
酒店硬件有些陈旧。
入住第二天，空调故障，只能吹热风，且无法关闭。员工说酒店维护部门已经下班。无法，只好换房间，还好是同层，但也是折腾了快一个小时了，而且第二间水龙头有问题，由于已经晚上10点多，就将就吧。
酒店方面也没有做出任何补偿。
