    Everything is great, perfect. Location, room, staff, breakfast all 5 stars. Except there is no bidet in toilet 🙁

    Located near a metro exit. More info could be given on how to walk to the hotel from metro... Could add in which exit is the closest to the hotel

    Located conveniently next to malls, and the train station. Bed was small for a king-sized bed. Room was spacious though. As for staff, concierge provided minimal service. I requested to borrow a USB charging cable and was told to pay to borrow the portable chargers at the lift lobby. Housekeeping lady was very friendly. Not too sure if this is even a four star hotel because the service provided is appalling for a four star standard. Not what I expected from the Marriott brand.
