Charming, stylish, very comfortable bed and pristine bed linen, luxury biscuits provided, plus tea and coffee (including fresh milk) super location, very well equipped.
There was a strong smell of damp, the tiles around the bath were a bit grotty and the shower head dripped consistently.

The property was Ok but I would look for something better next time I stay in Bath. Describing the really small area at the back of the property as a patio/terrace and suitable for outside dining is somewhat misleading due to the lack of space.
