Hot breakfast made to order, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt, hot sweet Ecuadorian bread steamed in a plantain leaf, coffee/tea. Staff were super responsive and attentive. Free filtered water supplied in the room and more as needed. Rain shower in the bath. Bathroom floor slopes ever so slightly to allow water to flow only into the drain. Good quality linens. Good lighting in the room. Adequate storage and hangers. Plug outlets conveniently located. A room heater kept us comfortable during the cold nights. The room has been well-planned in every way. Location was convenient for Historic center.
Very minor point - the boxed breakfast on the last day was a Ham sandwich although we had requested vegetarian sandwiches. But the desk clerk apologized repeatedly for the mix-up and didn't charge us for the boxes (we did not take them with us).
