расположение тихое и удобное хозяйка всегда на связи, очень отзывчивая леди путешествовали на авто, рядом с жилым комплексом есть платная в дневное время парковка, но места всегда есть. парковки внутри комплекса нет. вид частично на город и море, нет пекущего солнца целый день, поэтому в квартире комфортно. В квартире выполнен косметический ремонт

к сожалению в период нашего пребывания (3 дня) столкнулись с проблемой с wifi Думаю имеет смысл проверять принимающей стороне статус подключения до заезда гостей, так как после уже проблематично скоординировать для встречи мастера в квартире

Nice, clean and modern apartment. Good size for a couple. Balcony big enough to sit out on, have breakfast etc. with direct sunshine from sunrise till around midday. Well equipped kitchen (microwave, stovetop, Nespresso coffee machine etc), so able to comfortably cook/dine in. Nice big shower in a clean modern bathroom. We were looking for a quiet, sunny restful holiday close to the beach, so it was perfect. There is a swimming pool on the property, but it's open for use only during the summer months (May to September?). The owner Sandra was helpful and attentive. Within a 5 minute walk from the apartment, there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc. Everything you need! It's a 5-7 minute walk to the waterfront (more cafes/restaurants) and then another 5-7 minutes to get to the accessible sand beach. We were there off-season (temperatures between 17-20 C) so the beach is freely open to the public. In the summer months you have to pay, hire a beach lounge etc. By train it's 10 minutes to Cannes, 30 minutes to Nice and 40 minutes to Grasse. Well-placed if you want to move up and down the coast (train line from Grasse through to Vintimille) and you don't have a car. You can get a day pass for 12E50 which allows you to ride anywhere across the whole line for the entire day.

The bedroom is quite small, and there is no space to walk around the bed to get to the door, so you either have to clamber over your partner to get to the bathroom during the night, or go out through the balcony and back in through the living room! Pillows were a bit soft and lumpy... Apart from this, everything was good, and despite this, we would book this apartment again.

Emplacement au Golf Juan

Après près de deux mois, je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma facture malgré mes nombreuses relances et l'envoi de toutes les informations nécessaires, le remboursement de ma note de frais est bloqué... Si vous voyagez pour des raisons professionnelles et avez besoin d'une facture, préférez un autre logement. De plus, les équipements étaient un peu vétustes (volet roulant et bouilloire ne fonctionnant pas)
