The room was a great size and good AC. It was well equipped. Staff were extremely friendly, and one gentleman in particular took his time to help me.

- Good value for money. It was the cheapest option in the area. - There is a water kettle and fridge in the room. Also microwaves downstairs in the lobby. - Very quiet and clean. - Wifi and air conditioning works perfectly. - Parking in the building and around the building. - Free laundry. - There is breakfast available but I didn’t use it. It looked very good from what I’ve seen. - Convenience store right in front of the hotel. - Very close to all the landmarks and popular view points. - There is a pool on the roof terrace with a view on the sea. - Staff is very friendly and polite. - Very close to Seogwipo city, max 10 minutes driving to the city center.

They advertised a kitchette but it was empty of any utensils so basically useless

Felt corporate, penny pinching, could see that it is past its prime, lots of the facilities dated and run down, though looked nice at one point. The location was nice, close to a lot of buses and public transport and a cute breakfast brunch place called "Grandma's" and the view from the rooftop pool was fine, but overall this place was a disappointment since I had booked it for the pool, which I feel was not the draw I had hoped. For my check in, I arrived two hours early but they had no options for early check in, was hot and sweaty so asked to use the pool, however it was raining on the rooftop, and no pool towels provided, also the pool was swarmed with small children, and it is very small (not the property's fault), but even going early or later in the morning/evening, it was full of families dominating the pool. I had to change my travel dates and the property refused to offer a refund, and was unable to assist my modifications. The room was fine, but the bathroom was quite small to navigate and made it hard to get into the shower which was basically on top of the toilet. Finally, I asked the front desk for a late check out, which I was verbally told yes to, but upon the 11am mark I was called and told that I had to pay extra for a late check out. I reminded them I paid for an extra night I wasn't getting reimbursed and told them I would not pay. Luckily they didn't try to charge me or my card on the way out. In my opinion, much nicer and cuter and more affordable places with better pools and facilities for the same price all in the area.
