Great value for money with a nice location

Great location away from the noise of the road and beach yet 5 min walk from the sea. Nice tiny cozy appartment with everything that is needed and nice terrase and balcony.

The communication/host attitude could be better as there was no contact until 3am on the day of arrival through whatsapp which we did not see as we do not use the app and when we contacted him, he was rude for no reason as he did not need to even arrive to the location at all.

Lovely stay

Great location, we parked right outside the apartment and had a 30 min walk to the city along the coast, 5 min walk down to the beach. The beach is a long stretch so you can choose which part you like. We had everything we needed, a really lovely stay. If you plan on cooking, you have to bring the basic ingredients like salt, oil and what not.

Beautiful homely apartment in a great location!

Gorgeous house in a cute neighborhood super close by to restaurants, grocery stores, and a beach. Our host Boris was so kind during check in and even helped arrange our bike rental. The terrace was beautiful and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Included everything we needed!

I do not recommend it for anybody.

Location was perfect, Amarin beach was very near, however to the Rovinj downtown car was needed.

The pictures doesn't give the reality. Furthermore, children and crying babies were very noisy in the house, it was impossible to relax. Plus there weren't any private terrasse, everytime somebody went through our terrasse. Kitchen was very small and poorly equipped ( no microwave and poor equipment) , it was impossible to cook. Parking place was also very tight for our combi, when we parked in, we couldn't open the car's luggage rack. We had also some issues with the cleaniness, as there were some dust cat in the apartment.The check out was very early at 9 a.m. Futhermore, as it is written in the advertisement the air condition is chargeable, 5 euros/day. All in all, do not rent out the 7th. apartment.

very small. check out from 7 to 9am. they entered the room and asked us to leave. kitchen very poorly equipped bed very small air con costs extra, they charge for a remote😳 refrigerator very loud pictures doesn’t reflect reality.

Very good

The apartment was very clean and the owner was very nice - we got our towels dirty on the beach and just asked her for a basin to wash them and she offered to do it herself! The bedroom was very comfortable and we enjoyed chilling on the balcony.

The kitchen was pretty small so we could not cook as much as we would have liked to and the location was somewhat of an issue - we did not have a car and it takes around 35 minutes to walk downtown, which is not a very nice experience in the blazing midday sun.

A szállásadó kedves volt, a strand kb 500 méterre van.Kavicsos, gyorsan mélyülő . Napernyő és napágy bérelhető 15 euróér

Nagyon csendes részen helyezkedik el. Minden van a közelben, bolt, étterem , nagyjából 5 perc séta alatt minden elérhető .

Nincs csak 3 saját parkoló ami legtöbbször foglalt volt. A szomszéd utcában a kis erdős résznél tudtunk parkolni. Közel volt, alig 200 méterre.

Gemütliches Appartement in toller Lage😎😎

Super Lage. Sehr sauber. Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes auch per WhatsApp war sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. 10 min mit dem Rad in der Stadt. 3min mit dem Rad am Strand. Unser Appartement war im 2.OG. Hatten einen schönen Blick nach Rovinj und ins Grüne.

Habe Feedback persönlich angebracht- wurde von dem Besitzer sehr gut aufgenommen und sie wollen es gerne umsetzen 😉
