There are a total of 10 units for rent at this beachside complex (1, 2 & 3 bedroom units) located on the beach 2.5 miles south of San Pedro's town core. Rent multiple condos to accommodate your group of up to 50+ family & friends--enjoy our pool, pier, bikes, kayaks & more! The Belize Barrier Reef is only ½ mile (1 km) away and you can see the waves crashing over it from the resort. Soak up the view from a veranda or the beach!
Let me know how many are in your group, how many bedrooms you'd like & any bed type requests, & I can suggest what condo combinations may work best for you! (The pricing you will see on Vrbo is for booking two condos for the guest numbers you enter, but other configurations are possible at likely different costs; ask for specific pricing.)
BUILDING A (faces pool with the sea beyond):
1. One bedroom condo ground floor A2 sleeps 4 (king; sofa bed)
2. One bedroom condo ground floor A3 sleeps 3 (king; sofa bed)
3. Two bedroom + loft/2 bath two level (ground & 2nd floors) Condo A4 sleeps 8 (2 kings, 2 twins & sofabed)

Sunset Beach Resort is located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:
--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants (1-15 minute walk)
And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!
The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!
It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.

This is a lovely, well-maintained property with a pool, a magnificent vista of calm turquoise Caribbean water, a sand beach, and piers that extend into the water, all at the front door. There are palm trees, all around the property supporting large clusters of coconuts; also bright hibiscus and other flowers lovingly maintained by the caretaker who pointed out the hummingbirds in the blooms. Kayaks are available to take out on the water, guests play cornhole on the front lawn or gather in the gazebo by the pool to socialize. Jason, the concierge and property manager, is outstanding. He is warm, friendly and unobtrusive but manages to see to every detail, from arranging taxi transportation to helping guests safely get into kayaks to advising on restaurants and checking in that all is well. He greatly contributed to our feeling that the condos and guests are all well cared for. Barb Smalley, the rental agent, is excellent too. She helped our family group with detailed, highly organized information on transportation to and from the resort, finding a local caterer, contacts for golf carts and boat tours, all our planning. She patiently answered a barrage of questions from our group and adjusted to changes in travel plans. There is a great professional staff at this small resort. We all had a fantastic time. The only hard part about visiting here was deciding each morning whether to swim in the pool first or go to the end of the pier to take the ladder for a swim in the sea.

Staff was top notch, made the stay so much better for my large group of 15. We had 2 condos and the kids loved the pool and us adults used the covered patio area for dinner multiple nights of our stay. We used the kayaks several times too. Great communication and assistance started before we arrived and lasted through out our stay.

Our family of 12 stayed in units C2 and C3 over the Thanksgiving weekend. The accommodations were incredible, clean, great service, small and relaxing property! The location was great, close to town, right next door to the Excursion company! A special shout out to Jason for his help and Marfa for her amazing cooking and great massages!
