The staff were awesome very attentive, they went above and beyond to make you feel welcome .The grounds were immaculate, The new spa facility was very nice,great deals, good value for prices.
The smell in the bathroom was very strong I understand where it came from but having some sort of diffuser going would be a great comfort...

Beautiful beachfront location, very nice garden and pools. Very tasty Indonesian food in the restaurant.
The room was not in a good condition - I could barely open and close the door, blinds very missing parts. Also there were no wines available at all even though they had wine list in the restaurant. We talked to very kind brand new manager Suk who apologized. So maybe better selection for future guests.
