Appartamento bello e comodo, peccato per la pulizia e la manutenzione

Appartamento ampio, comodo, ben arredato con gusto, centrale, con ottima vista sui monti. La presenza di due bagni consente di velocizzare i preparativi per le escursioni Il televisore, molto grande, non riceve canali italiani. La direzione ha tempestivamente rimediato installando un aggeggio che ha collegato wi-fi di tablet e/o cellulari consentendo la visione in streaming dei canali italiani. Alla partenza insieme alle chiavi abbiamo consegnato per iscritto alla reception i rilievi negativi di seguito indicati. La direzione ci ha ringraziato per le segnalazioni

La pulizia: - l'appartamento è stato consegnato con stoviglie, pentole e teglie da forno sporche e con residui di cibo attaccati - cambiando dopo la prima settimana le federe, abbiamo notato che i cuscini erano molto sporchi - non abbiamo potuto utilizzare l'asciugatrice per la sporcizia dei filtri interni La carenza di manutenzione: - la lavatrice perde molta acqua dalla guarnizione dell'oblò - delle pentole andrebbero eliminate perchè non idonee con le piastre ad induzione - alcune lampadine bruciate non sono state sostituite La presenza di abbaini velux in due delle tre camere, nel bagno on suite ed in cucina senza l'attrezzo per aprirli. La direzione ha detto che dovevano rimanere chiusi perchè in passato erano state dimenticati aperti con conseguenti allagamenti. Gli areatori installati non sono sufficienti a garantire un adeguato flusso di aria per rinfrescare i locali In conclusione si rileva la mancanza di controlli su pulizia e manutenzione prima di consegnare l'appartamento. Se venissero risolti questi problemi, non avrei difficoltà a tornare nella struttura

Situación, amplitud, comodidad.

El piso servía para almacenar la reserva de toallas y sábanas. Nadie nos había informado de que alguien podía venir en algún momento a llenarlo o a retirar algo. En dos ocasiones el personal pasó sin previo aviso. En una ocasión durante la comida y en otra durante el desayuno. Esto nos pareció una invasión de nuestra intimidad y nos resultó incómodo.

Séjour agréable en famille (1 adulte, 2 enfants)

Emplacement parfait au milieu du village, bien desservi par les navettes (Alpin Express / Spielboden). Les magasins et restaurants/bars sont situés à côté, et malgré l'emplacement central le studio est très calme. Proche du terminal de bus / parking. Salle de bain agréable, cuisine bien équipée avec beaucoup de rangement aussi. A l'entrée de l'immeuble se situe une pièce sécurisée pour ranger les skis et les chaussures

Les meubles datent et deviennent fragile (surtout les 2 fauteuils), le troisième lit (lit "de placard") pourrait être remplacé par un canapé-lit afin d'améliorer le confort pendant la journée/en soirée avant de se coucher.
