Great location, but some facilities are locked

The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was located very close to the Saas-Fee bus station. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were able to access the surrounding mountains easily.

The apartment itself is nice, but our experience with the host was disappointing. The listing advertised a washing machine, which was one of the reasons we booked, but upon arrival we found it locked. When we asked to use it, the host claimed it was only available for stays longer than 10 days—a rule not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We strongly suspect this was invented on the spot, as it makes little sense in a place where most travelers don’t stay that long. As a family of hikers, daily laundry was essential. Instead, we had to wash our clothes by hand in the sink and rely on the dryer. Ironically, the host later complained that we had used the dryer, even though it was part of the apartment. Although we cleaned thoroughly before checking out, the host showed no appreciation and remained unfriendly throughout our stay. Unfortunately, her attitude overshadowed what could have been a great trip in the beautiful Swiss mountains.

difficult to find a problem, everything was great. maybe I could say the heating was a bit low, but Switzerland is passing through a moment of saving energy and that was the reason, it should not be an issue for future.

Exceptional

High-quality flat with good beds. The apartment was spotless. The owners are amiable and helpful. The location is in the middle of Saas-Fee, but slightly behind the main road and pretty calm. Great view in the direction of the ski region from the balcony.

Minor point: It is quite some way to the beginner's ski region for small kids. However, there is a direct bus to the slopes. For the summer holidays, the location seems to be perfect.

L'emplacement, proche des commerces et du parking. Bus pour le ski à 50 mètres. A savoir qu'il y a pas mal d'escaliers pour arriver à l'appartement.

Schöne Wohnung an bester, zentraler Lage im wunderschönen Saas-Fee

Tolle Lage, perfekt im Dorfzentrum in kürzester Distanz zum neuen Coop, Käse- und Wurstladen, und auch die Bus-Haltestelle (welche wir aber nie brauchten) ist gleich vor dem Haus. Der neue Hannig-Lift (erneuert 2024, für Wandern und Schlitteln) ist auch nur eine Minute zu Fuss entfernt. Die Talstation dieser Bahn ist übrigens auch eine gute Option, um dort an der Kasse Ski-Tickets zu kaufen. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, sowie eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.
