We stayed there for 4 nights. After the first night my brother and I were staying there, they asked how the rooms were. We said it was okay, beds were a bit small for my brother who is over 130KGs. While eating breakfast (top tier made to order breakfast) they upgraded our room.
Their staff moved our stuff over, we get a better room, a better view, and a great experience. We then needed an urgent extra night due to flooding and extreme weather conditions on the N2. They didn't try overcharge or take advantage. They even pre-blocked off the room until we made the final decision.
Over and beyond is what makes them a top tier space to stay in. Thank you!

The location was nice, next to the beach but also it appears not a very safe area. However, our host ensured we felt good, had nice food in the morning and a private parking space
Overall the area does not offer much and generally I felt like I had watch behind my back sometimes
