The property was very rustic and very nice, with beautiful surroundings. The owner is very nice and attentive.
The room is quite small and not equipped with all you need for a longer stay.

The place has a nice vibe (live music, interesting architecture etc), the personnel was super friendly and welcoming

The customer service they were really great and we got invited to a Venezuelan Christmas party! The coffee was great!
The smell from the en-suite loo was really strong in a bad way. The room was a little dated, but this was part of the authentic experience.

Food in restaurant was nice,
Evening entertainment was a singer.who was very good
Booked a suite which was supposed to have a separate seating area,
Apparently this does not exist
Moved us to a quadruple room which had a sofa by the bed.
Shower in the evening was cold,
In the morning was lukewarm
