Maison de caractère, avec vue magnifique, et avec accès direct à randonnée en (petite) montagne. Restaurant à proximité immédiate. Bonne localisation pour les visites de Maranello, Modène ou Bologne... Bel endroit, contrairement à la plaine qui est très industrielle.
Pas de commerce à proximité (environ 15 min de petite route de montagne)...

Prior to and throughout our stay we were in contact with Mario who handed over the keys and walked us through the property to show us the gas meter, boiler location etc. Mario gave us benefit of his local knowledge so we were able to prioritise out trips, and gave us a bottle of his homemade wine which was very good! Mario was the perfect host and the property has everything you need.
Nothing. The property is in a secluded location in Emilia-Romagna but this is exactly what we wanted. The property is well-equipped and the views from the village of Montebabbio, and the Circolo della Caccia (Hunters Club bar) are spectacular. Bologna, Modena, and Parma are all within easy reach.
