Have stayed here several times and it suits us well as a stop on our car journey from Santander to Faro twice a year. It is pleasant, friendly and peaceful. The dinner is good and atmosphere great when served outside in the courtyard in Summer. It has it own wines which are excellent and very reasonable. Very good aircon in bedroom. Lovely clean towels in bathroom and clean linen on comfortable beds. There is plenty of hot water and soap. People travelling with dogs are very welcome. We really do enjoy staying here.
The electrics in the bedrooms. They are safe but the bedside lights ( and lampshades) do need an overhaul. No plug in the washbasin.

Fantastic location, beautiful building and grounds. Staff very friendly. Good wine.
Breakfast only consisted of croissants and bread. Fruit and yogurt would have been nice.
