Great small town stay in Austria

Spacious rooms, courteous staff, great restaurant. Nestled in the Austrian Alps a short drive from Germany, this is a great location away from the busy cities. Great views and people await here in Unken. It's proximity to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden mean you can enjoy the Austrian countryside and hospitality, while the cities and sites are not far away. The area itself has a wealth of hiking and bike paths providing for a rewarding local stay which I got only the barest introduction to this time.

A truly welcoming stay in Austria.

This was my group's first time staying in such a place; we were expecting a check-in desk more than a home environment. I will recommend this as a stay for folks looking for a slower atmosphere with authenticity.

If anything bothered anyone in the group, it was the church bells. These seem to be normal across German and Austria, but 1 guy didn't appreciate them going off every 15 minutes. We could find no other faults with this location.

Exceptional

A lovely quiet place where people come to eat (great chef!) mostly in the evenings but this doesn't disturb at all. Very friendly hardworking staff, always smiling, excellent rich breakfast, lovely garden around... We had a spacy room with a comfortable bed with light feather duvets, so good sleep is certain. Info center is just round the corner, a nice lady recommended us great hiking options. So the stay was absolutely formidable and Dorfcafe was a good choice. THANKS!

Alles in Allem eine tolle Unterkunft, die sehr zu empfehlen ist.

Tolles Frühstück. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jeden Morgen hatte ich auf Wunsch ein gekochtes Ei, welchem ein fröhliches Gesicht aufgemalt wurde. Da frühstückt man doch gleich ganz anders :-). Es war alles da. Auf Wunsch auch verschiedene Kaffeesorten. Wurst, Käse, frisches Obst, Müsli, vegane Dinge. Verschiedene Brötchen, verschiedenes Brot. Frisches Gemüse. Joghurt, Quark, Marmelade, usw. Also wem da was fehlt, dann weiß ich es auch nicht.

Unter Queensize-Bett verstehe ich etwas anderes. Breite 1,40 Meter. Aber egal, es war sehr bequem und das ist das Wichtigste.

Das Personal und die Betreiber waren immer höflich und zuvorkommend. Sie pflegen einen zwanglosen Umgang mit den Gästen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war 1A. Es war ein toller unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

War ein netter Aufenthalt, ist weiterzuempfehlen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es wurde auf besondere Wünsche eingegangen, es gab ausreichende Auswahl an Gemüse, Aufstrichen, Müslis, ... Allgemein hat man den Eindruck, dass alles mit Liebe zum Detail (lustige Zeichnung am Frühstücksei) und nicht nur einfach 08/15 erledigt wird.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut gelegen und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und zusätzlich gab es die Möglichkeit ein Ei-Gericht zu bestellen.

Wir sind nach dem Hahnenkammrennen später angekommen und haben nichts mehr zu Essen bekommen obwohl die Küche gerade noch offen hatte.

Klimatyczny obiekt , parking pod domem oraz przechowanie nart na plus . W miasteczku nic się nie dzieje, nie ma restaura

Możliwość skorzystania z restauracji (oprócz poniedziałku i wtorku). Parking pod budynkiem. Przestronne pokoje i łazienki .

Koniecznie na zimowe wyjazdy zabierzcie ze soba czajnik - nie mieliśmy jak rozgrzać się po całym dniu na nartach. Restauracja na dole była nieczynna poniedziałek i wtorek i w okolicy również brak restauracji. Chcieliśmy odpocząć w swoim pokoju z kubkiem herbaty. Niestety w dwóch sąsiednich miasteczkach nawet w żadnym sklepie nie znaleźliśmy czajnika do kupienia.

Das Bad ist einfach schon etwas älter, aber alles (Warmwasser, Wasserdruck,…) hat gut funktioniert! Fön etwas langsam
