Le balcon est chouette. Rue assez calme. Grandes chambres
Manque de luminosité (cuisine sans fenêtre et salle de bains à moitié dans le noir). Mauvaise insonorisation avec l’appartement voisin (c’est un appartement coupé en deux par une cloison plafo non isolée). Manque de fauteuils et bureau dans les chambres. Rien pour poser son sac, et pas de salon.
