We welcome you with joy in our cottage with Provencal charm! Let yourself be guided by the song of the cicadas, the smell of lavender and the view of olive trees ... The large tree-lined garden and the song of birds will relax you. Will you be able to see the squirrels jumping from branch to branch? The freshness of the air-conditioned house and its trendy decoration will enhance your stay.

In the countryside, while remaining close to the village of Mazan. Pretty walks in perspective: while strolling, the view of Mont Ventoux and the village is breathtaking ... The vineyards, the wheat fields and the Dentelles de Montmirail on the horizon; so many details that will charm you!

This is the second year that we have spent time at the wonderful Gîte St Joseph. Our hosts, Michel and Véronique, have created the perfect base for a holiday to remember and go out of their way to be supportive and welcoming. With its tasteful decor and furnishings, all household necessities provided, air-conditioning (essential during this year's prolonged heatwave), extensive landscaped garden and beautiful swimming pool, you have everything in place to make the most of your time in this idyllic corner of Provence. We are already planning to return for a third time.

The Gîte St Joseph is, quite simply, an amazing place to stay. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, modern and stylish. The hosts, Michel and Véronique, have thought of every detail, providing all you could possibly need for a care-free and comfortable stay. They are the perfect hosts; welcoming, friendly and helpful, yet also very discreet. The spacious, air-conditioned house is set in its own private grounds within which Michel has designed an extensive garden. It is a wonderful place to relax in truly beautiful surroundings with flowers, trees, meandering pathways and, of course, the private swimming pool. With artistic flair and skill Michel and Véronique have created a little corner of paradise for one to enjoy. We definitely hope to return soon and thank them for a wonderful stay. Ray and Susan

It‘s a marvelous, pretty house with a breathtaking garden. We had a very relaxing stay. Also our hosts were very sweet and gave us hints about excursions and teir favourite restaurants.

My family enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Gite St Joseph. The gite is very comfortable and well equipped, with everything required for self catering. The beds are very comfortable and we left after two weeks feeling very well rested. My children spent many happy hours in the pool and the garden is large and peaceful. The gite is well located with many shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The hosts Michel and Veronique are very kind and welcoming. Overall an extremely positive experience - to be recommended.

We loved out stay at Gite St Joseph. The house was clean, comfortable and probably better equipped than my own home. We could not have asked for more. The aircon was a blessing in the 30c+ temperatures. Outdoors, the pool was perfect, the garden a delight, and we greatly enjoyed watching the red squirrels while listening to the buzzing of bees in the lavender and the sound of the cicadas. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They had thought of everything. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The villa was stunning , beautiful gardens , large pool everything you could wish for . The photos on VRBO don’t do this wonderful property justice …it’s far better. The hosts were delightful and had provided all basics and more . The store cupboard had all ingredients you could possibly need inc rice , pasta , sugar , flour , honey , jams and great herbs apart from meats, cheese etc we had to buy very little. Copious supply of linen , towels etc. The villa was in a great position to explore the local area , about 3km from small town of Mazan , few nice bars and restaurants . Supermarket close by , lots of fresh bakers in the town for fresh daily baked bread . We would highly recommend this property.

An exceptional gite

The images for this property do not do it justice. It is an outstanding gite, with every imaginable amenity and comfort, whose kind, helpful and discreet owners live nearby. Located about 2 miles to the south-west of Mazan in a neighbourhood of villas with large gardens, it is well located for shopping - there is a large supermarket and an organic foodstore on the road to Carpentras, some 10 minutes away. The property itself is superbly well equipped: staying in to cook is a real pleasure. The house is air conditioned throughout and remained fresh despite unseasonably hot weather in early June. The garden is large, private and offers sun & shade. The pool is a joy.

Een zeer verzorgde vakantiewoning, een gevulde kast en koelkast voor de eerste noden en een welkomst geschenk. Buitengewoon vriendelijke eigenaars die wij troffen bij inchecken en uit checken. Het was allemaal perfect geregeld en heel schoon, netjes en gezellig. Helemaal top, we kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen!

Tout était parfait ! Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement. La maison est impeccable. Le jardin est magnifique, très bien entretenu avec un terrain de pétanque sous les chênes. La piscine, chauffée à 28/29 degrés, est très agréable. Le matin, on peut apercevoir un écureuil qui saute de branche en branche. Les propriétaires font le maximum pour que l'on passe d'excellentes vacances. Merci pour votre gentillesse. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.

Wunderbar

Das Ferienhaus der Familie Caizergues lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man sich vorstellen kann, ein wunderschöner Garten, ein großer beheizter Pool und vor allem absolute Ruhe in einer wunderschönen Umgebung haben uns eine tolle Urlaubswoche genießen lassen. Das Vermieterehepaar hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich willkommen geheißen und Kühlschrank und Vorratsschrank bereits mit einer schönen Auswahl an Lebensmitteln gefüllt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Erwähnenswert ist auch noch, dass ein professioneller Gasgrill, eine Tischtennisplatte, Boule -und Bocciakugeln und sogar Schwimmtiere für den Pool zur Verfügung stehen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus absolut weiterempfehlen.

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out hatten wir eine perfekte Woche. Die Fotos zeigen 1:1 das Haus sowie den Garten, auch wenn alles noch grösser und schöner ist, als erwartet. Toller Pool mit sehr angenehmer Temperatur (geheizt) und eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und vermitteln das Gefühl "daheim" zu sein. Maison magnifique, très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée avec du matériel de qualité. Le jardin est splendide, ombragé par de beaux chênes, la terrasse donnant sur la piscine, le terrain de pétanque, le barbecue, rendent la vie hors de la maison très agréable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Belle maison très bien équipée. Piscine merveilleuse et jardin superbe. Un accueil très chaleureux et beaucoup de petites attentions dans la maison pour une arrivée très agréable. Le seul problème c'est que la semaine est passée trop vite !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans ce gîte , et certainement pas la dernière . Il y a des adresses qu'on aurait envie de garder pour soi , celle là en fait partie , mais ce serait égoïste ;-) . Comme dit dans mon commentaire de l'année précédente, ce gîte a tout pour plaire . Les équipements sont au top , et lorsque vous arrivez après un long trajet , des boissons fraiches , des glaces et des confiseries vous attendent , ce qui n'est pas négligeable . La déco est sympa , la literie confortable , rien ne manque . Le jardin et sa piscine sont des plus agréables , et les villages aux alentours méritent le détour. Distance proche d'Avignon , Isle sur la Sorgue , Vaison la romaine ... Si seulement les locataires suivants s'étaient désistés....nous aurions prolongé ce magnifique séjour d'une semaine . Nous reviendrons avec certitude ! Merci à Michel et Véronique de mettre en location ce petit bijou

Accueil soigné des propriétaires. Le bâti et la propriété remarquablement entretenus. Nous ne pouvions passer qu'un agréable séjour entre les visites des villes et villages et leurs marchés de producteurs, des petites randonnées pédestres ou de randonnées cyclistes plus longues et du délassement offert par la piscine chauffée. Trois semaines excellentes en Vaucluse.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce gîte absolument magnifique. Les propriétaires très chaleureux et accueillants mettent à disposition une maison superbe avec tous les équipements et accessoires possibles. Ils ont vraiment pensé à tout! La maison est bien décorée et très propre, vraiment au calme tout en restant proche de nombreuses attractions et villages. Le jardin est magnifique avec une belle terrasse, un barbecue, une piscine chauffée, une balançoire, un espace de jeux pour les enfants et même un terrain pour la pétanque. Bref un endroit de rêve pour les enfants et les parents! Nous remercions chaleureusement Michel et Véronique et recommandons vivement ce gîte. Ein tolles Haus mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Michel und Véronique sind außergewöhnliche, sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank dafür!

Dès l'arrivée, les très sympathiques propriétaires font découvrir un vrai hâvre de paix où la nature est préservée. Le jardin paysagé (terrain de jeux d'un écureuil) est superbe et très bien pensé autant pour les adultes que les enfants (mention spéciale à la balançoire et à l'espace dédié à la pétanque). La grande piscine chauffée est un bonheur (28 degrés) et est adaptée aux jeunes enfants (pourtour avec rebords et larges marches). Quant au gîte lui-même, nous avons rarement bénéficié d'autant d'équipements et d'accessoires. Le nécessaire de cuisine est vraiment complet. De plus, la literie est très confortable. La décoration est faite avec goût. Le gîte respire le soucis du détail et l'envie de propriétaires de mettre à disposition un gîte dans lequel les locataires se sentent immédiatement détendus. Bref, une seule envie : y retourner!

Maison très agréable, fonctionnelle située dans un cadre idyllique. Grand terrain paysager clos réalisé avec goût. Tout est pensé pour un séjour de rêve allant des jeux se piscine à la table de ping pong et en passant par un terrain de pétanque avec jeux de pétanque fourni. L'intérieur est tout aussi agréable avec tout l'équipement souhaité. Literie excellente et ensemble décoré avec goût.

Superbe maison fonctionnelle et dédiée à la détente de toute la famille. Le grand terrain offre plusieurs espaces aussi bien adaptés pour se retrouver que pour s’isoler. Tout respire la qualité, les propriétaires n’ont vraiment pas lésiné sur les moyens dans la construction et l’équipement, et restent à l’écoute des éventuelles améliorations à apporter alors qu’on frôle la perfection !

Nous avons passé une parfaite semaine dans cette villa très bien située et très bien équipée. Michel et Véronique ainsi que leur fille ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux et ont été très attentifs à nos demandes, ils sont très sympathiques et très discrets. La maison est neuve et toute équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien bien au contraire. La piscine est parfaite et tout le reste était au rendez-vous. A recommander à tous ceux qui cherchent le calme, l’espace et la propreté. Nous en gardons de très bons souvenirs et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y séjourner à nouveau !
