About this house rental
Please read the ad carefully to the end and introduce yourself before any booking request
I am not an accommodation professional, but I do everything possible to welcome you in the best conditions.
I do my best to maintain this house but do not expect the services of a 5-star hotel.
Not everything will be perfect
It is a single-storey villa of about 100m2, Recently built (2006) and very well insulated (from hot and cold) on a fenced plot of about 1000m2 well planted with trees (a small part of the garden is deliberately a little in a wild state).
The private swimming pool with a submerged beach (13x4 meters) is secure (depth: from 85 to 155cm)
You will be in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin at the foot of Mont Ventoux and 3km from the village of Mazan or Carpentras where you will find all the shops and services you will need
In the kitchen (13m2) you will find a complete equipment with also a dishwasher and a washing machine.
In the living room (36m2) (air-conditioned if necessary) three sofas and a large screen TV.
Note that only the living room is equipped with air conditioning, but that the bedrooms remain cool with some basic precautions
In the first bedroom (11m2) you will have a double bed in 160cm and plenty of storage
In the second bedroom (11m2) which has direct access to a terrace, there are two 90cm beds that can be grouped together to form a single 180cm bed and a large closet
In the third bedroom (26m2) which also has direct access to the terrace, there are two spaces separated by a curtain: In the first one a 160cm bed and in the second two 80cm beds more suitable for children than adults
You will also have a full bathroom of 6 m2 (spacious shower, corner bath and toilet) as well as a shower room: 2m2 (shower and toilet)
Outside you will have several tables and chairs (wood and metal) on the terraces as well as sun loungers
The parking area to the north of the house allows you to to park two vehicles
You will also have Wi-Fi internet access
Bed linen and towels are provided
If needed, I can provide you with cot and baby chair
End of stay cleaning is not included. You can do it yourself or pay extra (80€)
