    Today's checking out experience was the worse that my wife and me has ever experienced in our entire life. At 9.55am she came knocking rudely. When i went to the door to explain that we were getting ready to leave she refuse to talk and walked away with an angry look. After 40mins as we were at the door leaving she knocked loudly once again. This time when we opened our door, she clentched her fist and yelled at us on top of her voice saying, "will you please LEAVE!" We were shocked by her rudeness. Out of my anger i told her i will report this matter as i don't think we deserve this nasty treatment from her.
