A Perfect Italian Countryside Escape ★★★★★

Coriana exceeded all our expectations. The setting is truly idyllic — a beautiful pool, plenty of open space, and breathtaking mountain views, all maintained in a timeless, classic Italian style that feels both authentic and welcoming. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night, which gave us the chance to enjoy two different apartments. Both were spotless, comfortable, and full of character. Riccardo, the host, is outstanding — warm, friendly, and always ready with a smile. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home and truly cared for. If you want to immerse yourself in the charm of the Italian countryside with exceptional comfort and genuine hospitality, Coriana is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

Wonderful spot. Would recommend.

The pictures do not do justice as to the beauty of this place. My family of four was very comfortable in the space. My children even went in the pool, though it was October, and cold. The space had a lovely terrace to sit on. It’s close to the road, but given the rural nature of the area, that was not a problem. Great value for the space you get.

Our bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but I had no trouble falling asleep. The other room in our apartment had a very comfortable bed. The bathtub in our space did not have a curtain, or shower head. It had a handheld wand. Had I paid more attention to the pictures, I would have been prepared for it, perhaps would have chosen one of the other spaces in the villa. I have seen this in other Italian spaces, and was able to bathe, it was just challenging to not get water all over the bathroom.

Clean Apartments with a good view and great Host.

Host (Elena) very helpful, carying. We had everything needed. Linens and towels changed weekly. Nice, clean and well maintained pool. Sunbeds allocated to apartment, which helps to avoid disputes. Coriana is located close to river and sea. Both circa 30min by car. Small town, Pontremoli (5min distance) nice to visit. We Enjoy vacations in Coriana.

House is located close to the road. It is disturbing at night.

This casale and apartments are kept very well and are huge!!we spent 6 days there and wish i could have stayed more!there is a very nice and clean swimming pool and BBQ area!enjoyed as well kept massive garden. the well and Elena was very kind to give us lots of tips for exploring the beautiful area. really recommend it!!

Place was more we think it was, Elena was very friendly and helpfull for any questions. Views amayzing, pool area and BBQ area just more What we Expect. We want to be here forever but it was so sort holiday for us, but not the Last time we take this to relax with my family.

Relax in mezzo alla natura.

L'appartamento è in un complesso rustico (cascina ristrutturata), molto grande a parte il bagno, che sembra sia stato aggiunto. L'arredamento è quello di una volta e rende la casa molto accogliente. Abbiamo approfittato della piscina, pulita e attrezzata. Gli spazi verdi curati.

Con tutto lo spazio a disposizione, forse un parcheggio coperto per le macchine più ampio di quello già esistente.

Goed onderhouden en grote accomodatie met heerlijk zwembad.

Onze accomodatie bevond zich op de begane grond en was ontzettend ruim. De slaapkamer met het gewelfde plafond was prachtig en heerlijk stil. De keuken was bijzonder ruim en heeft een groot fornuis met een oven en een grote koel en diepvries combinatie. Een grote eettafel met 5 stoelen vind je midden in de keuken. Er waren weinig glazen en kopjes en dergelijke. Na 1 apje naar Riccardo werd er van alles toegevoegd. Erg fijn! Riccardo is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Hij wil er alles aan doen om je een goed verblijf te bezorgen. De ruimte naast de keuken was een combinatie van een zit en slaapkamer. Een balzaal met plafond beschilderingen. Hier vonden we 3 bedden en een bank, fauteuil en tv. Deze ruimte had aan 2 kanten ramen waardoor je het verkeer, ook met de ramen dicht, zeer goed hoorde. De accomodatie bevindt zich direct aan een doorgaande weg en dat zorgde in deze ruimte voor geluidsoverlast. Alle ruimtes hebben openslaande deuren waardoor je richting het zwembad en de bergen kijkt. Erg mooi! De laatst genoemde ruimte had geen luiken voor de openslaande deuren waardoor de zon 's morgens fel naar binnen scheen. Zonwerende gordijnen zou de oplossing kunnen zijn. Naast deze grote ruimte bevindt zich een klein badkamertje. Alles zit erin. Heerlijke douche, maar erg klein. Het terrein is groot, keurig onderhouden en heeft een heerlijk zwembad! Een douche erbij en een flink aantal ligbedden. Top! We hadden een eigen terras bij onze accomodatie en midden op het terrein vind je een overkapping met fijne zitplekken en een schommelstoel en bbq. Hier mag je gebruik van maken. Binnen een half uur ben je in la Spezia om de dorpjes van Cinque Terre te bekijken. Mulazzo is een schilderachtig dorp op de berg! Prachtig mooi. Je kunt er ook heerlijk eten Binnen 10 minuten vind je een supermarkt in een naast gelegen dorp. Ook de moeite waard om daar naar toe te gaan!

Zoals gezegd is de weg langs het huis echt jammer. Het verkeer raast voortdurend voorbij en dat hoor je goed in de zit/ slaapkamer. (In de overige ruimtes heb je er geen last van.) Wij hebben hier minder goed door geslapen doordat wij thuis geen verkeer horen. Ben je verkeer gewend dan zou het misschien voor jou anders kunnen zijn. Maak je eigen afweging. Geen wasmachine in de accomodatie.( was wel beschreven) Je kunt je was meegeven aan Riccardo. Hebben wij niet gedaan.
