Really clean and had all the facilities you needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which helped our stay feel even more comfortable. The views of the Caldera are absolutely breathtaking and beautiful!

Very close to the road so you can hear the cars but thankfully you can’t hear them in the room!

וואו, מלון פשוט מדהים! המלון ממוקם ממש על הקצה של הקלדרה, ויש ממנו נוף עוצר נשימה להר הגעש ולשאר האי, עם ים בצבעי תכלת וכחול 😍 הצוות מדהים! פול דאג לנו להכל מהרגע שהגענו ונתן לנו המלצות לאטרקציות ומקומות, ושאר הצוות היו מאוד נחמדים, בעלי תודעת שירות גבוהה, חייכנים ומקסימים! 🫶 ארוחת הבוקר היתה פשוט מעולה - 10/10! והיא הוגשה לנו הישר למרפסת, שבה כל בוקר פשוט הרגשנו בחלום! ☀️ לפני שהייתנו, בחרנו לשדרג את חלק מהימים בחופשה שלנו לסוויטה הגדולה, והיא היתה מדהימה! מיותר לציין שגם הסוויטה האדומה הייתה מדהימה, עם בריכה פרטית וארוחת בוקר במרפסת עם נוף מטורף 😍 אנחנו בוודאי נחזור! תודה רבה פול, מריה, ייוטה, ולשאר הצוות המדהים, גרמתם לנו להתאהב בסנטוריני המקסימה ❤️

The view was amazing!

We booked the sugarmoon suite for our honeymoon, this was described with infinity pool and plunge pool, stating ‘private pool’. Unfortunately we arrived to find out that the infinity pool is shared with the apt next door, so you are less than 2 meters away from each other. This is not stated on website and was a huge disappointment , especially after paying 750 euros a night. The plunge pool isn’t private either, the other apt can view this from the infinity pool, plus there are cameras everywhere and reception was viewing all activity, be aware!! The place is also in need of a refurb, rust stains on the floor, chips everywhere. All in all, not worth the money, go elsewhere.
