I did not take breakfast from this hotel as there's a lot of Cafe nearby. The hotel is strategically located to many tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Some of the tourist attractions just a walking distance.
The reception staff should be more friendlier.

We booked a few nights at the pacific express hotel and overall really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and even kept our bags securely when we were waiting to head to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Hitam was located right next door to the market, near the river of life and a short walk to 7/11. The pool was so nice and had a beautiful view.

The room size was nice as well as the bathroom. View was not bad at all :) If you want to be close to the central market and Petaling, this is a very good spot.
The cigarette smell in the corridors and the cleaning person forgot to take off someone's used plaster (band-aid) from the bathroom wall.
