Swing & Pillows - Petaling Street Kuala Lumpur

Great location, right in the centre of the vibrant Chinatown. We were welcomed by Karen who was really friendly and helpful and even upgraded our room as this is our first time staying with them. She kindly helped us extend our stay as well, keeping the same room. Great spot for somewhere so affordable.

There wasn’t a room clean everyday so you may need to ask if you’re low on toilet roll etc but not the worst thing as it is a very decent room (by UK standards very good) and very cheap.

Nice staff and clean place.

It was nice location and friendly staff. Rahena was friendly and most helping.

The ventilation in the rooms without windows is a little harsh.

Fyi it’s very old and dated, Bathrooms were in poor condition and the pipe for the sink even burst and sprayed water all night as the staff couldn’t shut it off. When I went to check out the staff member wouldn’t give me my deposit back until I wrote a positive google review. I wrote the review and got my money back and then proceeded to delete the review 30 seconds later. Really poor customer service.
