Super zentral gelegen, sehr ruhig, herzig eingerichtet.

TV hat nicht funktioniert. Wohnung war kalt. Man hätte die Heizung vor unsere Ankunft anstellen können.

Rien, parking très appréciable tout près du logement, logement propre et spacieux dans rue très calme

The size of the apartment: the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the living room had the right size, were comfortable. The private parking lot was definitely a plus and so its walking distance from the apartment. The location in the old town of Riquewihr is excellent.

The autonomous check-in with key in the lockers, no presence of the Manager, etc to me creates always some gaps versus the optimal level of service. In this case for instance: - we arrived late in the evening and the apartment was very very cold, with the hit only partly on. I couldn’t contact the Manager via phone because it was midnight and so we managed to do something by ourselves but the first night a bedroom and the bathroom were extremely cold; - a little issue also with locking the door of the apartment. Only after half a hour of tentatives, I understood the way to lock the door, which was very peculiar (you had to lift up the door handle to be able to turn the key and close the door. Maybe normal in France for French?); until I understood that, I was really uncomfortable thinking the door was broken and so we should have slept with the door unlocked. Not nice dealing with that at midnight, not being able to talk to the Manager to get some help.

Alloggio meraviglioso in posizione e paese meraviglioso

La proprietaria a dir poco scandalosa. Per niente disponibile, ci ha lasciati in una situazione complicata, per sua errata comunicazione tra l’altro(per quanto lei dica il contrario ma abbiamo tutti i messaggi di prova che invieremo direttamente a booking…per cui puo’ dire un po’ cio’ che vuole) e per di piu’ trattandoci da idioti ignoranti che non solo non conoscevano le lingue ma anche che non sapevano usare un traduttore. Il punteggio basso e’ dovuto solo a lei purtroppo. Mi spiace.
