EVERYTHING was amazing on our stay : Host, beds , amenities, location , beach proximity, attention to detail on what a traveler needs .. you have it at Kokolo :-)

Great location and friendly host. Only 550m to the palace walls. Quiet location tucked away in between local residents.
The hosts provided everything needed for cooking and washing. It was a nice spot to relax in after walking all day.
There is a tiny spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, which meant we were not able to get our luggage to the bedroom. But at least we got many steps in.

-The location is super. It is in a very beautiful, car-free, quiet residential area just outside the roman palace. There are many supermarkets nearby. Close to the market. Not far away to walk to the port and the bus station.
-It's well equipped, and comfortable. It provides almost everything you need, including a lot of kitchenware and home utilities. It is actually a whole small house with 2 floors.
Nothing. Don't know if AC works well as it was not needed during my stay.

まず何よりもホストのFraneさんの心遣いが最高でした。チェックイン前の駐車場の詳細な案内地図を送ってくださったり、メッセンジャーでのクイックレスポンスも安心でした。部屋は旧市街地まで徒歩5分程度と観光するのにとても便利です。周辺の雰囲気もRadunicaエリアの古い建物に地元の人たちの生活感が感じられるなかで「地元の人が暮らすように滞在する」体験ができます。治安も地元の女性一人が夜も歩いているくらい良いと思います。
部屋も螺旋階段があるユニークなメゾネットで下のフロアがキッチンとリビング、上のフロアが寝室とバストイレという構造でした。
清潔そのもので、細かい備品も揃っていて何一つ不満もありません。傘もあって旧な雨の時の外出に利用させてもらいました。
”Kokolo”は日本語で”heart"という意味なのですが、その通りの心温まるホストさんでした。
Radunica通りは車が進入できないため、周辺の道路か公共駐車場、もしくは海洋博物館（ここが一番広くておすすめ）に止める必要があります。ただ、駐車場事情を含めてローカルの生活を感じることができて楽しいです。
