B&B Il Mandorleto Avola

Staff fantastico, ottima colazione, struttura molto accogliente.

Giusto la localizzazione.

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Mandorleto, wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft gleich sehr freundlich empfangen und Salvatore hat uns schon einige Tips und Auskünfte für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Lage war für uns ideal um die Städte/Dörfer in der Umgebung zu besichtigen ( Noto, Marzamemi, Siracusa, usw). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber hatte eine kleine Küche und auch einen Außenbereich. Die Ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Schwimmband rund um die Uhr geöffnet, es gibt auch einen Whirlpool. Wir waren immer auswärts, haben die Anlage nicht viel genutzt. Der Parkplatz ist schön groß und die Zufahrt mit Maps gut zu finden. Das Frühstück war für uns ausreichend es gab sehr guten Kaffee/Tee, Säfte, Aufschnitt, Obst, Süßes , Croissants , Kekse , usw. Wasser stand den ganzen Tag über kostenlos zur Verfügung und auch am Nachmittag durfte man sich am Obst und Croissants bedienen. Man merkt, dass es dem Besitzer wichtig ist, die Gäste glücklich zu machen. Für Gespräche und Fragen der Gäste nimmt er sich gerne Zeit. Ich würde die Unterkunft jeder Zeit wieder buchen... vielleicht das nächste Mal auch einen Tag nur am Pool zu liegen. Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich.

Il B&B è posizionato all'interno di una stradina laterale alla via principale, ma una volta imparato il tragitto diventa facile l'individuazione

The young woman who was there to serve breakfast was kind and friendly. There was way too much food for breakfast. She made boiled eggs on request although in Italy this is obviously very unusual. The pool area and yard are very well kept. The host was very friendly on arrival but not at all after I had messaged them about the noise. The bedroom and bathroom were clean but very outdated. If you were just going to spend your time at the pool or patio it is fine, especially as there are many things to do within 20 min drive. I should have been informed that there was no staff on site after check-in.

Check in was 4pm which left little time to enjoy the pool the first day. Loud party with fireworks at the direct neighbor until after 1am the first night. The host was not at the property after check-in and I and another woman were alone at the property all night. The window to the bedroom is large and has no lock so I did not feel safe sleeping with it open. The property is gated from the road but opens onto farmland from the back. I messaged the host about the noise next door and got no response until the next morning. You cannot go for a walk as the long road is basically single lane and not meant for walking. I did not feel safe alone there at night and did not stay the second night although I paid for it.
