The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities and location were great. Get the buffet breakfast. They have something g delicious for everyone including vegetarians and vegans!!
The shower was slippery so it was challenging for elderly and disabled. A shower mat would be very helpful. I requested one for my parents but the hotel had none so they quickly got us a towel, which helped some.

The staff was always ready to help and very kind. The room was very clean and up to date. This property is near the train station
I didn't like that the breakfast wasn't included; for me that's very tacky. If I had known the breakfast wasn't included I would have just spend the 5 Euro more a night and had breakfast. If you pay at breakfast time it's some ridiculous amount, like 20 Euro or just about. Beside that, the facility is nice, but the "gym" is garbage.
