Friendly staff and a clean room. The hotel was easy to access and located nearby the tram, metro, convention center and beach.
The hotel was as expected, nothing not to like.

Liliana!! She’s amazing, so hospitable, made me feel like family, she’s the perfect face to first see upon arrival!! Cozy rooms with space for luggage, great location!
Bathroom could have been cleaner but overall it didn’t really affect our stay. Didn’t have typical shampoo but there’s many places to buy some. Had a small market nearby for water and other things!

The surrondings, the staff, the room was small but had everything
The noise on the evening from the neighbours closing their doors, the price extremely expensive for the room. The bed was too soft.
