It is very nice hotel but it needs reparation. The stuff is exelent and very friendly! The locatin of hotel is wonderfull! The best terazza near the lake

The hotel has parking available, which is very convenient. It is located right next to the quay and the promenade, making it perfect for walks. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and always ready to help.

Nothing

The location was nice, and the hotel had a pool and breakfast. They provide towels from the hotel when you go to the pool. The food at the restaurant was good, but not exceptionally good. It was a bit expensive, but the worst part was that everything was extremely slow. Suit rooms were very good, if you want to stay avoid booking standard rooms :) Unfortunately, the lake was dirty thus the pool was very helpful. The hotel has enough parking areas.

There were two receptionists. One of them, Danche, was very friendly, and honestly, if she hadn’t been there, I don’t think we would have received any proper assistance. I told the other receptionist that our room had not been cleaned and asked if she could have it cleaned. Her response was, “How do you know that it was not cleaned?” I then had to prove to her that the room had not been cleaned. I have never encountered such a rude receptionist in my life. The attitude was unbelievably rude. I had just come from the room as if I wasn’t capable of telling and understanding what was clean and what was dirty. Having a pool at the hotel is a nice feature, but there are hardly any proper umbrellas, so if you arrive late, you have to sit under the sun. There is a place with a tent on the top where you sit, the tent should provide shadow. There are 4-5 places behind the pool, that is not sun beds it is more of dirty pillıws, anyways they are broken only 1 of them works with a tent but doesn’t look like it will last long.On a windy day, they didn’t open the umbrellas at all. The beach bar doesn’t have 500 ml beers, and a 330 ml beer costs 140 MKD. The hotel really needs renovation. The hair dryer in my room was attached to the wall, but the adhesive had come loose and the electrical wires were exposed. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. The drinks from the coffee machine and the juice machine were extremely bad. I would definitely not recommend them. Sadly, I have had a much better breakfast at a three-star hotel. It pains me to say this, but this is supposed to be a four-star hotel. That being said, I think this is probably one of the best places to stay in the Dojran area, so if you are visiting Dojran, staying here might still be one of the better options. However, personally, I will never come back to Dojran again.
