3 sets of very steep stairs with no lift , non English specking caretaker , one set of keys for two couples for 4 days , very poor water pressure with shower in bath that was impossible to use and 1 hr to fill the bath. No Washing machine but advertised with one. A air conditioner controller but no air conditioner , a toast holder but no toaster , a iron but no ironing board . The toilet off the kitchen with frosted glass door and less than half a roll of toilet paper . The street light directly outside the bedroom window , we hung a Dona over the window for 4 days . A new oven but no instructions for use . 4th flight of stairs to outside area with shower , only cold water with no screen - all the neighbours get a good look ! Booking.com who I use exclusively have dropped the ball on this one . A inspection of the property would have exposed these shortcomings
