It’s clean. Quite comfy.
The location is somehow… the breakfast was not a very good one, but acceptabile.

Good price / performance value. Really spacious room + they clean the room every day. Parking in front of the hotel, restaurant in the lobby is super cozy - especially beer (Pilsen) was extremely well handled.
In the room is TV & Fridge, towels are invluded. Lidl supermarket is just rounf the corner
Matresse in the bed remember a bit.
Anyway, in this price range I was very positively surprised.

comfortable beds, clean linens, quiet at night, GREAT food and beer at the restaurant. nice people who worked at the hotel and restaurant. loved the trampoline and outdoor toys for kids. good breakfast (be sure to pay in advance).
room was not well maintained. the bathroom sink hardly drained. no soap in soap dispenser. shower had not been cleaned before us—someone’s old band-aid was on a small shelf. shower apparatus was also broken and we could not hang up the hand-held shower head. the floors were nominally clean in the room but there were dust bunnies under the beds and in the corners. mini-fridge had some small spots of mold in it. these were mostly inconvenient, and like I said, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the food was good.

Simple, big room.
The room wasn't clean - dust under the bed and
you can see other things in pictures.
Also we didn't have the conditioner which was
very big minus.
