Loved the upstairs chill area, curtains on the bunks, reading light and outlet…what more could you ask for really? Staff was also kind and friendly. No complaints, would recommend!

Breakfast was good and starts early enough to get into Picchu early. The location is central and our room had a good view of the mountains. The shower had hot water in the afternoon that could wash a person and a half comfortably.
The bathroom was incredibly damp and had no option to air out so towels couldn't dry. There was nowhere to even hang a single towel or item of clothing. The rooms are noisy but that can't be helped as it is a main street. The plugs were loose and it was difficult to get a charger to stay in. The room was also very cramped so travellers with larger suitcase would definitely struggle. A wardrobe or at least a clothing rack would go a long way to improving things.
