A birtok nagyon szép, a hotel rész tágas, tiszta. A wellness részlegen a medence kellemes hőmérsékletű, minden helyiség tökéletesen tiszta. A reggelinél az ételek választéka színes, mindenki talál magának megfelelőt.
Az étteremben a vacsora nekünk csalódás volt. Borhotel éttermeként másra számítottunk mind az ételek mind a kiszolgálással kapcsolatban. Olyan volt számunkra, mintha egy csárdában vacsoráztunk volna. Az én tányéromról pl hiányzott az egyik elem, a kovászolt zöldbab. Sajnos ez csak később esett le, így nem szóltam az étteremben, pedig eredetileg azért választottam az adott ételt.

Beautiful view from the terrace, nice room, good food. The whole place was very stylish. Wellness with a welcome drink was a nice gesture as well as the possibility of the wine tasting. Wish I had known about them beforehand.
Personnel was not welcoming, most of them did not even notice or greet me. Bed was not good, matress was cheap Ikea style and really uncomfortable - pillows were even worse! There was no pillow menu or possibility to get a firmer pillow. Room was too warm and it was not possible to adjust the air conditioning. Hotel corridors were very warm. The cat tried to bite me when I did not give it any food in the restaurant

A kuria nagyon szep es rendezett. A wellness reszleg tiszta, az etelek finomak. A szoba csendes volt.
Neha kicsit varni kellett a vacsoranal, de nem zavaroan hosszan. A borkostoloval egybekötött pincetura erdekes es informativ volt, a turavezetö felkeszült es kedves, apro eszrevetel csak, hogy neha nehezen lehetett hallani az informaciokat, ha nem közvetlenül mellette alltunk. Összessegeben teljesen elegedettek voltunk, jol ereztük magunkat.

Sehr schöne Lage, gute Küche, super Weine, sehr schöner Verkostungsraum, großes Zimmer (Suite).
Personal könnte besser ausgebildet sein, sind nicht aufmerksam, man muss ihnen alles sagen ( Frühstücktisch nicht gedeckt, etc), insgesamt fehlt die Führung.
