Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Hafen (10 min zu Fuss) und leicht erhöht - hervorragende Lage! Schön gelegener Pool. Parkplätze. Familiäres, sehr nettes (!) Personal. Sehr sauber.
Vieles ist alt und stark renovierungsbedürftig. Als erstes die unsäglichen Zimmertüren aus Sperrholz. Dann das Mobiliar im Zimmer, es wirkt wie aus den 70er Jahren, es gibt keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit. Der Fussboden im Gang ist teils aufgequollen - kein Aushängeschild. Das Frühstück ist auch für griechische Verhältnisse dürftig, es gibt ausschliesslich Amerikano aus einer grossen Thermoskanne. Der O-"Saft" ist so billig, das ist peinlich. Die kalte Milch war sauer. Die Klima ist sehr effektiv, bläst aber direkt auf die Kopfkissen. Der Pool war Mitte August eiskalt. Von der an sich grossen Fläche ist nur die Hälfte zum Schwimmen nutzbar (max 1m tief), der Rest ist Kinderbereich.

Quiet and central location to port and cafés.
The breakfast consisted of a cold buffet, the same same every morning. Weak coffee, chemical fruit juice, often stale bread, no toaster, little fresh fruit.
The hotel has a swimming pool which, by the look of it, hasn't been maintained in functioning order for decades. Hence, it is a fenced-off eyesore. Gardens are maintained and the property is clean but a sense of rural Greece in the 1970s lingers at this property. The shower stall floods the bathroom, doors are thin plywood, rooms are on the small size.
