From the very first day, she made us feel welcomed, valued, and at home. Her kindness, warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests are something truly special. People like Dimitra are rare, and she is undoubtedly one of the reasons why this hotel stands out. She turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one, and we will always remember her with a smile. We would also like to thank Irene at the reception for always being friendly, öhelpful, and professional. A huge thank you to ENI for taking such wonderful care of our suite every day. Everything was always spotless, and her hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. And of course, thank you to Luis, whose friendly and positive attitude around the pool added to the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. The level of hospitality we experienced from the entire team exceeded all expectations. It is clear that everyone works hard to make guests feel comfortable and cared for.
