Breakfast was delicious!

We arrived at 20:30h and were charged a late check in fee of €12. They also charged €9 for a crib but didn’t provide bed sheet for it.

Excellent location, a cozy little town near an old castle. Nice clean rooms, nice toilets, comfortable beds. The staff member that delivered the key to us was very friendly. The breakfeast tasted good and looked good.

Checking in was a little troublesome because the reception was not manned the whole day. This meant that we had to pay a 20 Euro fee because we arrived at night, because they had to send a person to the hotel to hand over the key to our room. This means that the hotel needed to know exactly when we arrived, but I am not used to that in other hotels. I got some mails from the hotel written in dutch some days in advance asking for when we arrived. Because I didn't see them, the person I talked to on the phone when we arrived was frustrated with me. Not a good way to welcome your guests! Other notes: - The breakfeast was nice, but all three days we had to wait a long time to get it served, even though there weren't many guests. So you should probably have an hour or more free if you are planning to eat here. - The water pressure from the shower on our floor was very weak (third floor) - The ventilation on our room was not very good. Even though we left the windows open and left for the whole day, the air was always stale and smelly when we got back. - There were no air condidion on our room, and it was really hot at night, so our only option of falling asleep was using a fan on full power.
