There is room for everyone even if there is a lot of people. The chairs on lake’s pontoons, the swings, the sauna, the “lapene” where you can to hide from sun and make your own “šašliks”. The playground for kids. The huge portion in restaurant. Waiters give you space if you want to( greetings , guys).The sea is in close distance if the lake makes you wish for changes. Room has everything needed. Good firm mattress, down (!) pillows. The planning of the site is great- compact but spacious.

Check with owners before coming if there is party planned . The choice then is yours. I wasn’t expecting loud party till 2AM in place where I came to rest( I was told the loud music would end at midnight. It didn’t). In my opinion there should be information about parties and/or reduce prices for those who are not partying…The owners should think what kind of place they want to have- for fun or for rest. As a non smoker I also didn’t like constant cigarette smoke. The smoke came inside the room even when everything was closed. The birds and forest , the fresh air - all gone until the smoke was on. At last, people. If there is a lot of people it will be noisy. Some people are more noisy . They lack empathy for your deep need for your Latvian quietness and just want to burn “šašliks”. I am Latvian...🙂🌱

Small but clean room in recreation complex. Lovely nature, nice lake. Restaurant on premises.

There was some big private fest going on during our stay. More suited for parties than relaxation. A lot of people make noises at night and sound isolation is non-existent.

It's a good place for its money, like a roadside motel from the movies. Clean and updated bath room. Beautiful well-maintained parkland.

Very stuffy, uncomfortable bed, synthetic linens. Guests are noisy on the territory, it's tough to sleep.

The location is cool. The hotel is right near the beach, surrounded by the beautiful forrest.

We stayed in the hotel in December, and it was so cold, we were sleeping fully dressed and in warm socks.
