the location was decent, only a short walk to restaurants, attractions and convenience stores. The room was very clean and we were provided with water and extra towels each day without asking. The cats were friendly.

I would say this is the best in Chiang rai. The best room for the price. They serve breakfast which is very good. The location is near to the evening food market which is 10 min walk. Really enjoyed the stay.

I love all the cats, especially Katsu! We walked him around the ground floor twice. The rooms were clean, the staff were helpful for booking tours, and the bathroom was lovely.

Many cats. Good location close to the bus terminal 1. Little table and smoking area in front of the rooms. Nice beds and spacious shower
It smells like cats/cat food when you enter but you could have read that there are cats on the property prior to booking so this is just a personal problem.
