Let me just say this: this place is far from a poshtel. It felt more like a high-end prison. I honestly question whether the 2,000+ reviews are genuine. I had the worst experience being put in a dorm room with a local man who snored the entire night. And when I say the entire night, I mean ALL night, incredibly loudly. He also came back to the room drunk and acting strangely. I understand that this isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but when I mentioned the situation to staff the next morning and asked to change dorms so I could at least get a few hours of sleep, they told me I'd have to pay extra. Their response was essentially, "Thanks for understanding," which absolutely boiled my blood. Breakfast consisted of basic white bread and bananas. The room had no windows, either. There's nothing remotely posh about this place. I was left feeling exhausted, irritable, and completely drained, which ended up ruining my days. Overall, a really disappointing experience, and definitely not what I'd expect from a place marketing itself as a poshtel.
