Apartament w bardzo dobrym stanie, byliśmy tam już 2 razy. Nie zawiódł nas pod żadnym względem. Super widok na morze. Ostatnio wyremontowana została łazienka i taras co jest dodatkowym plusem i wpływa na odbiór pobytu. Na tarasie jest bardzo komfortowy komplet wypoczynkowy. Nie mieliśmy żadnych zastrzeżeń, wszystko co potrzebne było. Mimo iż, kompleks Arka Spa I ma już swoje lata to pobyt w tym apartamencie przynosi całkowicie inne odczucie.

Wygodnie urządzony apartament i w całkiem dobrym stanie, wspaniały widok na morze. Dobre nasłonecznienie na tarasie. Chyba jedna z lepszych lokalizacji w Arka Medical Spa.
W apartamencie przydałoby się odświeżyć łazienkę. Poza tym do apartamentu nie mamy uwag. Natomiast cały obiekt Arka Medical Spa wymaga remontu. Części wspólne pozostawiają już wiele do życzenia.

Direkte Lage am Meer. Schöne Strandpromenade.
Das Appartement hat zu wenig Schränke für Kleidung. Die Matratze hatte Flecken. Der Duschkopf ist total verkalkt und sprüht in alle Richtungen. Das WLAN ist schlecht.
