Бяхме за 2 нощувки платили. Понеже от снимките не ми стана ясно, дали имаме включено ползване на обща кухня (което всъщност в Словения е практика на много места и е нормално като чужденец да не разбереш и да попиташ), а аз се обърках и от снимките и от описанието на удобствата където пише кухня, но верно вътре като се зачете човек не са изброени много неща, освен електрическа кана и препарати за почистване... мислех е пропуск. Така зададох въпрос, след като бях платила и получих отговор, че трябва по-добре да чета! Това е двойна стая...аз казах - ок, няма проблем. Така до момента на нашето настаняване - излезе и уж мило започна да се държи и изведнъж като се опитах да му обясня, защо съм се объркала, собственика не искаше и да чуе или изслуша моите думи, започна да се държи вербално агресивно и когато аз няколко пъти отново се опитах да обясня, той каза, че има много работа и ми каза 3 пъти - веднага да прекъсна резервацията по мое желание, за да нямам право явно да пиша негативни отзиви и че това е зле за неговата оценка в Booking! Естествено не предложи да върне дори и част от сумата, а въпросната двойна стая си остана непокътната и свободна - може да е дадена в момента от него на други гости дори! И всичко това се случи само за 1 въпрос, аз няколко пъти му казах, че няма проблем и се качвам в стаята, след като Аз не съм разбрала условията -ОК, но той не ни желаеше като гости и нямахме избор, мисля, че и другите гости видяха какво се случи...Изобщо не го интересуваше от къде идваме с дете на 12 год...и къде ще отидем! Били сме в много други държави, винаги сме се разбирали със собствениците и е нямало такива циркове и такова грубо отношение към нас ...

Es war super ruhig, wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben und waren völlig zufrieden. Und der vermieter war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch.

Die Betten waren leider nicht sehr gut.
