Very clean, amazing food, welcoming staff, beautiful location, just felt like home really and they were very responsive to any questions you may have via booking app prior your arrival.

The only problem we had was the following: I originally booked a room for one adult and two children 2 and 3 years old, the room they gave me was amazing but very big- two adults could fit- one double bed and one single bed plus baby cot, so I thought I would ask the hotel if my husband could also stay with us in the room because he was currently staying somewhere else. Initially the hotel said - yes , not a problem and then I asked if i should pay more money towards it for his stay and breakfast and they said he can stay and have breakfast and I don’t need to pay extra. I was very surprised and at the same time super greatful. However, on the day before we left they requested we pay 180 euros for my husband staying for the 5 nights with breakfast which was very disappointing. If we had known in first place, he would not have stayed. After explaining this to the manager they agreed for us to pay half of the asking price , so we paid 90 euros which at least is fair for both sides. Perhaps lack of communication and language barrier but doesn’t take away our satisfaction with the accomodation and food. It may sound odd but I would visit again with a proper communication next time.

There's good restaurant downstairs serving typical Czech meals, hearty and fulfilling. Very good breakfast. The neighbourhood is quiet village so there is not much of a noise in the night.

There is some A/C or other loud generator running above rooms in central area which is clearly heard even on a day.

Very clean place.
