Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. A fantastic size bath with towels that actually dry you and great size coffee/tea mugs (most places, they are so small). The staff were all friendly and very helpful.
Once I had a bath, there unfortunately was no hot water for my husband to shower.

Very cosy. Nice rooms. The spa was amazing.
The food was well prepared with great presentation and very tasty.
One or two staff seem out of their depth, although the majority of staff were great.
One last observation, th bistro foo was delicious and th presentation was lovely. The menus are laminated paper. You should really upgrade those menus, perhaps in a leather binder. We contemplated eating elsewhere when we saw the menus but we gave it a try, we were so glad we did because the food was incredible.

Nice location. Good reception staff.
Property is very dated and tired. Poorly maintained. Garden is overgrown. All the wooden decks need urgent treatment. Lounge decor is sadly dated.
This property used to be lovely years back and its sad to see how it has deteriorated due to lack of care.
