not recommended - in fact keep way from this place

oh boy, where do I start?... first things first - the price we paid for 12 nights was double what we paid in any of the previous 7 years in Greece, and naturally for that price one would expect at least the most common things, like a helpful host or the elementary good manners - well you won't get any of these here... there are 2 types of accommodation there: the small, one room studios at the ground floor and the slightly larger, 2-room apartments. we got both (2 families) and from the first minute you get into the accommodation you understand that you were cheated - the photos on the booking look way more spacious than the room actually are! then if you are unlucky one to get a studio at ground floor, well it is not an actual ground floor at all, it is de facto the basement level and the roof will be at the reach of a teenager hand (~1.75 - 1.8m in high) - be careful, if you are higher than 1.75 you'll be in big trouble. keep in mind that for the price you are paying, you won't get any cleaning services at all, you'd have to mop & sweep and change the linen yourself for the whole duration of your stay. we had to mop every single time after using the shower as the water would flood the whole bathroom area.

next - the beds (i'll only describe the studio here): when you are on along holiday, you'd naturally want a comfy bed, right? well good luck next time, the beds here are simply awful - old and squeaky (every move would wake our little child at nigh - you'd have to sleep like lenin in the mausoleum in order to not make noise) with hard mattress that would give you pain even after you return home - when we asked if there's any possibility to change the mattresses or maybe to place some toppers on top (at least for the child's bed, because she cried that she feels every arch in the mattress and could not sleep), the host decided that the best defense is the attack and accused us of being rude and complaining for no reason, mentioning that soon the electricity would be off, or the water would be cut and then what? (by the way, that really happened - we've got water and electricity shortage several times during our stay) then he decided not to wait for us to answer and pushed us off his office and said that he won't do anything to remedy the situation, as he can't buy new mattresses for every complaining customer, meanwhile mentioning that we were the very first to complain (which was not true as we've heard our neighbors complain about the beds as well - I forgot to mention that you could hear all your neighbors, from peeing, to snoring). in order to remedy at least partially the situation we found ourselves in, we took the mattress from the outside coach and used it as a topper for the child's bed. we did not complain about other staff that maybe we should have to, like or example the shower head that would not stay in place unless you use some tooth ticks to fix it, or the bare minimum in the kitchen area (the pan by the way is awfully sticky).

It was our best accommodation in Kasandra, and we travel to Greece since 2019. Vasilis is so friendly and ready to help at anytime. The apartment is very big with two big terraces, big beds, equipped kitchen. We got new towels and beddings each 3 days 😉

Everything was just wonderful! Clean, new towels every 3-4 days. Nice householder! Beautiful garden near our apartment, that was on ground floor, was the best choice for our kid. Everything was like On the pictures. Kitchen utilities, enough for cooking. Nice and not crowded beaches 5-7 minutes by foot. 2 minutes by car, and you can find another beaches, sandy and not just rocky. Small Shop near by (5 min by foot or less) with everything you need. And another one may be 10 min or less by foot. Two restaurants the same distance as shop, and more other 10 minutes by car to Skala Fourka, and other I suppose of you need. Would be happy to come back!

Highly recommended place for a fair price.

Great place for families with children and anybody who wants to relax at a peaceful place. Well-equipped and clean apartment with big balcony and wonderful view, beautiful garden with a small playground for children, toys are available as well. The owner is friendly and helpful. You can reach nice beaches at a walking distance and you can go hiking to the mountains.

Perfect location, very beautiful view from the balcony. The host is very kind we had a few kilos of figs just for free. Air conditioning works well.

It would be good to have a cattle in the room. WI-FI was terrible, if you're planning to work there you have you think about your own Internet.

The place has a beautiful garden equipped with slides and see-saws. There are olive trees and figs in the garden too. Our apartment was amazing, new and modern bathroom, two separate rooms and a huge terrace. Everything is near, the beach, supermarket and taverns. The host is kind and helpful. They change the towels every 3 days. We would certainly recommend this place, especially for the families with kids. See you soon Petradaki😊

Hidden gem of Mola Kalyva

If you want a place that is near the beach and "ready" to be on the road and explore, this is the place for you. Vasilis (the owner) is really nice and always there if you need help and advice were to go. The appartments have everything you need for a nice vacation. Is a nice little town, perfect if you dont want to be in a crowded area. A well stocked market is like 5 min walk distance. There is a few good resturants in the village. Because there are no parking fees on Kassandra, you can be on a different beach every day, with Petradaki as your "base". There are a lot of beautiful beaches all around, just take your pick. I highly recommend this appartment.

Great place, nice people

Good location. Clean. Owner is very very nice man. Apartment was on the 1st floor overlooking the garden with beautful olive and fig threes. On one side there is good communication (main road is just there), on the other side green paradise. Apartment with big bacony, brand new bathroom, very cosy and nice.

The owner is very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, newly renovated, well-kept air conditioning, a giant, comfortable bed. Neighborhood is cozy and safe, you can safely walk in late hours. Nearby there is a great tavern with very good food, casual atmosphere and great service. When it comes to beaches, it is worth having your own car, although you can swim in the sea a few meters from the property, but the beach here is rocky and narrow, in this place private gardens almost reach the sea. With your own car, you can reach many nearby beaches within a few minutes. There are both picturesque coves, to which you have to walk a bit through the forest (easy, no climbing ;) ), as well as those easily accessible with a parking lot next to it.

a larger knife and a kitchen board would be useful ;)

Apartment had beautiful garden and placed in a a location full of good restaurants (the best restaurant i have ever tried in Greece actually) and super markets...also close to the beach...the Host is really helpful and friendly

The facilities in the apartment were as basic as possible, fridge was making noise, and the herd was very weak and was able too cook an egg only, there was no shower cabin in bathrooms and everywhere was getting wet...

Location is right at the main street, has two balconies though, one in front, one in the back, viewing the garden and the sea, but that one is common with the others, actually the stairs-access zone. The sea-view is great

Gazdă extraordinar de primitoare. In fiecare zi ne-a servit cu smochine proaspăt culese din gradina lui. Discret, cu bun simț, ne-a oferit sfaturi despre împrejurimi. Recomand 100%

Sejur liniștit și relaxant.

Zonă liniștită, grădină frumoasă cu măslini și smochini. Curățenie, aproape de o plajă îngustă. Am primit zilnic smochine proaspete de la proprietar. Mulțumim! Raport bun calitate-preț.

Aș fi avut nevoie de un dulap sau mai multe umerașe pentru haine. Satul cu puține magazine, taverne. Plaja din apropiere cu pietriș cam mare.
