Family friendly central location

Hotel was comfortable and clean, with great food and activities. Central location but quiet. The pool was never crowded. The staff very very friendly and helpful especially Nyoman, April and Hendra who treated us like family

Great location and excellent staff.

Breakfast was excellent, as were all the staff especially April. The room was spacious and at the quieter end of the hotel.

The air conditioning was pretty poor and didn’t cool the room down at all, the in-house WiFi was patchy at best and couldn’t be relied upon at all.

I like the hotel vibes and decorations and the size of the room

1 just one left in the property 2 the street sound its to noisy because of the balcony No sound insulation 3 swimming pool it’s seems like not clean 4 the staff specially in the kitchen need more positive energy but no body smile there , they not match the concept of hotel

Staff were wonderful. House keeping was especially good.

A little noisy from early morning. Weekdays. As a school is next door. But hearing children enjoying themselves. Is a blessing. Many waves of hello. Towards the rooms balcony. Easy to tolerate.

Bliss

Mahendra, Nyoman and April are absolute stars in my eyes. These three run the show at Bliss Surfer Hotel and make it the warm and fun place to stay in Bali. Whenever I stay at Bliss Surfer, and it has been many times, my experience is always joyful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, with a Circle K next door and the Food Court with many outlets, just a few steps further down the road. BMC, a well known safe, money changer, is within walking distance as are a couple of laundry businesses. The beachwalk is just a 15 minute walk away with dozens of shops lining the roads, just to keep it interesting. Lucky's Warung for the best juices, is down a small road opposite Mama's German Restaurant. Thank you to all staff, kitchen, housekeeping, security and those mentioned, for making my stay just perfect.

Great spot, central, but quiet. Exactly what we were looking for. Friendly Staff!!!

Being our first time in Legian area, this Hotel is perfect. Out of the noisy areas, but close enough to walk. Fat Tony's is a mut try for great burgers, 6min walk from the hotel, next door to the hotel is also a food court, with traditional and western food. Staff was amazing, !!

Great place to stay, staff were great.would happily return, but would do shorter stay

Great place to stay. Walking distance to main Legian shopping area and Legian food court. Food was great, room cleaned & freshened up every day. Staff were excellent! Laundry lady across the road $3/kg

Lots of outside noise. Schools next door (which is fine, kids having fun!), but road noise, loud music from neighbouring houses and noise from other residents at the hotel were a little much sometimes. Nothing that can be controlled by staff, but something to be considered - we had some late night music/karaoke and had to be heading to the airport at 4am. That was the only night it really bothered me.

I didnt like that the walls are rather thin i can hear the speaking noises of the rooms next my room and the room above. Also the cleaning service is not very good, but still fine.

Not a Bliss Stay

I liked the staff at the restaurant,they were friendly and made us feel comfortable

I did not like the fact that I booked deluxe and was told they are all fully booked, considering the fact that I booked early March..I was told they put us in a junior suite,only to experience it is the noisiest part of the hotel ,by the busy road.They said they fully booked?and could not change our room .The wash basin plug did not work,despite them trying to fix it many times.We did not sleep at all 😢 Replacing toilet rolls was zero and shower caps,we had to keep on reminding them..very dissatisfied and disappointed ☹️

Staff were amazing! Especially restaurant staff! Pool was awesome, great atmosphere! Rooms clean and tidy and serviced everyday. Best spring rolls ever!

Massage in spa was disappointing. The girl had her phone on my bed keep vibrating notifications and not allowing me to relax. One handed massage whilst texting at times.

It's the noisiest hotel i have ever stayed in out of the 50 or more i already have in Bali

Its close to legian food court,The staff try their best to help however they can and are very pleasant but it doesn't make the hotel quieter

The NOISE from the roosters,People dragging furniture around the rooms above and slamming doors. Even had to ask a maintenance staff member to stop slamming the shower service door one morning,If you want a peaceful holiday this isn't the hotel for you

The staff was so sweet. Nice hotel and room. Looks like the pictures and I can't put a finger on anything towards the staff and room. Hot showers and a working aircondition.

The hotel is very loud and bad behaviour. There were a bunch of guest whom travelled as a group and they were very loud. I could hear them from my room, and even at breakfast or when I used the pool area a everywhere. I wished the staff would have said something to them about how to behave at a hotel because they noticed them.

The rooster next door that starts at 3:30 - 4:00 am daily and continues throughout the day,The school beside that with screaming children 6 days a week starting very early,The guests ans sometimes the staff have no care for other guests and dont bother to keep quiet slamming doors and maintenance work early mornings

Awesome place to stay

The staff are amazing. Restaurant staff very friendly and treat you like old friends. The rooms were comfortable. The spa services were also very good

Disappointing room allocation for long-stay

I like Bliss Surfer and the location. It was my second stay. Beds are comfy. The staff are very friendly.

Disappointed in room allocations for a month long stay. Initial room was called a garden view room. These rooms look over the surrounding home compounds with many roosters which crowed for the first 1.5 hours of arrival in the afternoon. The balcony becomes an echo chamber for their crowing. I requested a room change. I was put in room 406. WIFI was terrible. Had to go to the lift to use Gojek app. or check emails. They kept on sending staff up to check for three weeks and finally told me that that room doesn't get WIFI ever due to the density of the concrete walls.

Noisy roosters crowing in the early hours nearby. Noisy neighbours within the hotel, slamming doors & dragging chairs across their room. The pool didn't get much sun & the water was very cool.

Omg...the bed and pillows are the best! I always have the best nights sleep here. I also used the Spa for the first time.. .and it was wonderful. Thanks Pretty for a lovally massage and facial!
