Disappointed, but the beach is really beautiful and private

No WiFi (don’t understand), wrong room (I booked twin-bed room, while only a very small king-bed room was served without any staff present, so I couldn’t even change the room to a correct one. And I was required to pay extra cleaning due to their mistake if I need to change, ridiculous).

Ok Stay in Anzio

Breakfast was typical continental - was ok. Coffee was good. This is clearly a beach hotel and we were there in the off season - place was empty. However the staff was very helpful and recommended a pizza place not too gar away - was very good.

Only the proximity to the beach was good.

The apartment has seen its best days. The kitchen equipment is outdated. We were not told anything about the water outage and it was unpleasant to arrive at the apartment and find that the toilet could not be used. We booked a visit for five nights and two rolls of toilet paper were reserved for two people! It's ridiculous to have to ask and get more yourself. Cleaning did not come despite the request, probably because I don't speak Italian. There were ants running around in the bathroom and the plaster was falling off the ceiling. I am very sorry to write such a bad review. Not worth the price! We signed in and went to the room. After a while, it started raining whatsapp messages about when we are going to arrive, etc. Information does not pass between people. It felt like we weren't judged because we don't speak Italian.

Disappointing

It was unfortunately very disappointing. Nice location on the beach, and a beautiful view to the sea. However, I was plagued by mosquitoes, and received numerous bites every night. I had an apartment where all the rooms faced the sea, it was nice, but all the rooms were small and cramped. The apartment is worn and very old-fashioned, it had no balcony, no internet, the mattress was thin and hard, and the kitchen equipment was very inadequate and old. The staff were very nice, but this is a place that has run out of time and it was much more expensive than much better hotels in the center of Anzio that I moved to. The area is a wasteland with a lack of restaurants and shops. It is relatively far to walk to the center of Ansio. I'm sorry to write such a bad review, but I owe it to other travelers.

There was discrepancy between information and reality. There was no coordination between the staff members that resulted in long waiting for the room. Over all behaviour of the staff not very professional. Apartment is very small. The position is excellent in respect of the sea.

Direkt oberhalb des Meeres gelegen - Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Toller Blick übers Meer von einer großen Terrasse. Perfekte Kommunikation, um den Check-In problemlos selbst zu erledigen - sehr empfehlenswert. Man braucht ein Fahrzeug, um Anzio zu erreichen.

Ti senti veramente a casa. Sia nella prima che nella seconda camera hai finestre che affacciano sul mare che é esattamente di fronte. Km 0 :). La casa era pulita il bagno igienizzato. Terrazza fantastica, tutto rispecchia le foto, il personale é gentilissimo, cosa serve di più?

Apartman byl útulný, krásné místo pro rodinnou dovolenou s dětmi. Apartmány mají přístup na pláž po úzkých kamenných schodech. U snídaně nebyla slaná varianta pro lidi, co neradi sladké po ránu. Ale řekla bych, že to bylo tím, že jsme byli ubytování mimo sezonu začátkem dubna. Příjemné ubytování rodinného typu. Ráda se na toto místo vrátím. Personál byl velmi milý, vstřícný a vyhověl nám, i když jsme přijeli pozdě odpoledne. U objektu bylo i místo na parkování auta.

Bella struttura fronte mare

La struttura ha uno splendido panorama sul mare, è un edificio molto grande, a più piani, con affaccio diretto sulla spiaggia (sono stata in inverno e non sono scesa ma nel periodo estivo la vicinanza con scale e ascensore è comodissima). lo stile dell'edificio è molto grazioso, sembra di essere in Grecia, tutto bianco e azzurro, adornata con varie piante, in passato è stata la residenza dell'ultimo re d'Egitto, suggestivo! la mia camera aveva un balconcino interno che dava su una passeggiata con tutte lucine accese, altre camere invece sono fronte mare. era inclusa una piccola colazione, il prezzo nel periodo in cui sono stata io era ottimo. c'è parcheggio e per fare il check in in modo autonomo fuori orario mandano un video tramite messaggio whatsapp, molto utile e comodo. c'è l'aria condizionata/riscaldamento autonomo.

letto davvero molto scomodo, stanza Gardenia: un vero peccato perchè per il resto siamo stati bene. dato che nelle recensioni delle altre camere non leggo un punteggio basso sui letti, forse solo questa camera ha materassi duri e vecchi, consiglio sostituzione o per lo meno un topper. colazione molto basic, migliorabile. La cosa buffa mai capitata in centinaia di alberghi visitati in tutta Europa (visto che viaggio spesso) è che dopo check out mi hanno mandato un messaggio per chiedere se avessi preso per sbaglio degli asciugamani piccoli, cosa ovviamente mai successa, che in realtà non erano stati dati in dotazione, ma solo degli asciugamani di media dimensione in tessuto... l'ho trovato molto Sgradevole, sarebbe stato più opportuno controllare le schede dell'house keeping piuttosto che chiedere al cliente se avesse portato via gli asciugamani del bidet!! anche qui un peccato e una caduta di stile, per il resto il personale è stato gentile
